I am a 50 something year old husband and father of 2 gorgeous children. Back in 2005 I was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis (later re-diagnosed with Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome – CPPS). The Consultant Urologist told me that there was no known cause and no cure.
My final consultation with the Urologist was when he told me the only course of action remaining was to remove my bladder. This was when I decided to take matters into my own hands and look for alternative solutions to help cure this condition.
What followed was a series of events that led me to discover the Mind Body phenomenon. Almost overnight everything I had learned about these chronic conditions was turned on its head.
The next few years lead me on an enlightening journey of discovery and hope. A journey that changed my life as I learned all about the connection between mind, body and spirit.
As I started to piece together the puzzle of being human I came to realise that everything we experience as human beings begins as “Just a thought”…..
